With the game focusing more on being a puzzle fighter than a straightforward battle game, there’s a specific demand for players to be more tactically-inclined than other Dragon Ball titles. And for those who want to make great teams without spending a dime, perhaps they can look at teams already existing in the anime, including Master Roshi’s students, the Frieza Force’s most elite, the friends of Goku’s dad, various iterations of Cooler, and even pure-blooded Saiyans.
12 Bardock’s Squad
Before Goku had his Z-Warriors to help him save the Earth from various threats, his father Bardock actually had his own team to accomplish missions. Called Team Bardock, this team was Bardock’s own mercenary troupe that always accompanied him in the toughest of tasks, and proved to be one of the most formidable companies prior to Planet Vegeta’s Destruction.
Key to the Dragon Ball game build is Grand Opening Team Bardock (Leader) which has a Ki + 3 Leader Skill that also gives 120% ATK and DEF buff to tag-sharers.
