DescriptionThis Is Voice is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and able to handle a variety of tasks to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner. Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for executives. Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations as needed. Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences. Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary will be a plus. Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
